Our Founder – Tyler Redden
Tyler Redden is a skilled professional with a strong background in education and leadership, as well as a diverse range of talents. He holds degrees from the University of Montana and Global University, and has gained extensive experience in various fields. In his career in technology, Tyler has shown exceptional leadership in multiple roles throughout his 20-year career, most recently as Deputy CIO and CIO.
With over 20 years of experience working with teams and individuals, Tyler’s top strengths (Maximizer, Learner, Communication, Empathy, and Connectedness) help him bring out the best in people. He engages in coaching, workshops, keynote presentations, and regularly shares impactful content in his weekly newsletter, “Further Faster Fridays,” focused on personal growth and leadership.
As the driving force behind Red N Solutions, Tyler uses his expertise as a certified CliftonStrengths Coach as well as a certified Enneagram Coach to offer a unique approach to personal development and delivering results. Red N Solutions provides individual and team coaching, engaging keynote presentations, and informative newsletters, all centered around the transformative power of CliftonStrengths, with the goal of empowering clients and driving personal and team development.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Tyler is an experienced artist, with 20 years of involvement in acting, singing, and improv. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking in his home state of Montana.
